Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a refund.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
Certain services or special event bookings may be non-refundable.
Non-refundable bookings will be clearly indicated at the time of reservation.
